Our continued goal with a second freezer meal cookbook is to help families spend more quality time together. Dinner time can be one of the hardest times of the day, but when you have planned ahead and have your freezer full of quick and healthy meals, you can get dinner to the table with ease. Eating at home is beneficial to families, not only through eating healthy foods, but also through the time spent building relationships at the kitchen table. Strong family relationships lead to children making good and healthy decisions. Eating at home just three times a week is something that you can do to make a significant contribution to the health of your family
